InvestorsBitcoin is an independent research publication covering one subject: bitcoin held by public companies. We track the holdings, the cost basis, the share counts, the debt that funded the purchases, and what the market pays for all of it — and we publish the dataset openly so anyone can check our work.

The site exists because this corner of the market grew faster than its record-keeping. Corporate treasuries now hold a meaningful share of all bitcoin, financed by instruments whose terms are scattered across hundreds of filings. We put the record in one place.

Editorial standards. Every figure carries a source and an as-of date. We publish general, impersonal analysis of public information — no price targets, no recommendations, no personalized advice, and no coverage decided by who pays us.

Funding & conflicts. The site is currently self-funded and carries no sponsorships or affiliate relationships. If that changes, it will be disclosed on this page and on any affected content before publication.
