License. Site content is © InvestorsBitcoin. The dataset on the Data page is licensed CC BY 4.0: reuse it, including commercially, with attribution to “InvestorsBitcoin (investorsbitcoin.com)”. Articles may be quoted briefly with a link; full republication requires permission.

Pro subscriptions. Data retrieved with an API key is licensed to the subscriber for internal use (Individual/Professional) or organization-wide internal use and redistribution (Team) while the subscription is active. Public republication of Pro data requires written permission — the CC BY dataset exists for that. Keys are per-customer and must not be shared outside the subscribing organization; we may throttle or revoke keys that are abused. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime via the billing portal, effective at period end.

Acceptable use.No scraping at volumes that degrade the service, no misrepresenting the data's origin, no use of the content to make personalized investment recommendations attributed to us.
