Risk notes

Holdings are shrinking as BTC is liquidated to fund the AI/HPC pivot (Q2 2026 net loss of $237.2M; mining cost ~$49,912/BTC ex-depreciation vs depressed BTC prices), and over half the stack (5,821 BTC) is encumbered as loan collateral; $594.4M of converts mature in 2030.
